Floris MIZERO is the Chief Executive Officer of BCAB, a position he has held since February 2025. With a distinguished career spanning over a decade in Burundi's banking sector, Floris brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. Prior to assuming the position of CEO, Floris served as Commercial and Agri-Business Director at BCAB from July 2022, leveraging his skills to drive business growth and innovation. Before joining BCAB, he held the position of Senior Relationship Manager for Corporate Banking at CRDB Bank from April 2014 to July 2022, where he demonstrated exceptional relationship management and business development skills. Floris holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Administration, with a focus on Marketing Management, from Lumiere University. His academic background, combined with his extensive industry experience, positions him as a leader in Burundi's banking sector. Under his leadership, BCAB is poised to continue its trajectory of growth and innovation, driven by Floris's vision and strategic direction."

M. Jean Bosco HAVYARIMANA, Administrateur Directeur Général Adjoint (ADGA) de la Banque Communautaire et Agricole du Burundi (BCAB S.A), cumule plus de 15 ans d’expérience dans le secteur bancaire, acquise à la BBCI et à la KCB Bank Burundi. Expert en analyse, administration et supervision des crédits, il maîtrise la réglementation bancaire et les exigences de la BRB. Son parcours se distingue par la gestion du portefeuille de crédits, la préparation des rapports réglementaires et la coordination inter-départements. Leader rigoureux, intègre et doté d’un excellent sens du coaching, il s’est illustré par sa performance, récompensée par le Best Employee Award (2019) et le Unsung Hero Award (2021). Titulaire d’un Diplôme de l’Institut des Techniques Bancaires (ITB) obtenu en France et d’une licence en Gestion et Administration de l’Université du Burundi, il a suivi des formations en leadership, analyse des risques et lutte contre le blanchiment des capitaux, faisant de lui un cadre dirigeant expérimenté et polyvalent.

Juriste de formation et de carrière, diplômé en droit de l’Université de Ngozi, GAHIMBARE Nicodème possède une solide expérience dans le domaine judiciaire et administratif. Après avoir exercé comme magistrat dans plusieurs juridictions du pays : juge au tribunal de résidence de Giheta, puis se poursuit comme substitut du procureur de la République à Rutana, procureur de la République à Ruyigi, avant d’être nommé Substitut général près la Cour Suprême. Il a occupé des fonctions stratégiques au sein du Ministère de la Justice, respectivement cadre au Service national de législation, Conseiller au Cabinet du Ministre de la Justice et Directeur des Études statistiques, de la planification et du suivi-évaluation. Son expertise s’est également affirmée dans la modernisation des services judiciaires, la législation nationale et la formation des magistrats. Son expertise s’est consolidée grâce à de nombreuses formations de renforcement des capacités suivies au niveau international : Kenya et Tanzanie, Burkina Faso, France (Paris) et Chine. Depuis 2018, il a élargi ses compétences en suivi-évaluation et en gestion des projets grâce à une certification universitaire obtenue auprès de l’Université Laval (Canada). Parallèlement, il intervient comme expert indépendant dans la rédaction de modules de formation, l’élaboration de projets et les consultances juridiques. À la BCAB, il a successivement occupé les postes de Directeur des Ressources Humaines, Chef du département Administration et Gestion des RH, puis Assistant à la Direction Générale. Son rôle actuel consiste à accompagner la Direction Générale dans l’analyse et la préparation des documents juridiques, ainsi que dans la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques de la Banque. Il incarne un profil polyvalent, alliant rigueur juridique, management des ressources humaines et expertise en gouvernance institutionnelle.

Chief Finance Officer Justin was appointed Chief Finance Officer of BCAB on 1 April 2023 with fifteen years of experience. He joined BCAB 1 October 2021 as Head of Finance and Reporting Department. Before that, he served as Finance and Administration Manager at Diamond Trust Bank Burundi ‘’DTBB’’, a position he held since 1 September 2011. Prior to joining DTBB, he has held several senior positions in International NGOs such as Concern Worldwide Burundi where he held respectively the positions of Senior Finance Manager and Finance Manager, CRS to the positions of Grants and Compliance Manager and Senior Accountant. He has a deep understanding of financial analysis, and he is resourceful in providing guidance on matters of finance and accounting and problem solving. He holds a bachelor’s degree (BAC +4) in Economics and Administrative Sciences, Management and Administration option from University of Burundi.

Radegonde HARIKWINDAVYI, Head of Human Resources Radegonde HARIKWINDAVYI was appointed Head of Human Resources of BCAB in May 2023. Before she was an Advisor of Managing Director, a position she held since January 2021. Before joining BCAB, she was working for ITRACOM Fertilizer where she held respectively the position of Head of Human Resources from January 2020 to March 2021 and Human Resources Manager January 2019 to December 2020. From February 2012 to December 2018, she worked for Justice Ministry as magistrate. From April 1994 to January 2012, she was working for Education Ministry as executive. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.

Mrs. Darlène IRANKUNDA, Head of Credits, was appointed Head of Credits on February 28, 2025 after 5 years of experience. He joined BCAB on July 6, 2020 as Credits Analyst and was promoted Credits Manager on October 11, 2022, Senior Credit Manager on January 2, 2024. Before joining BCAB, she served at JIMBERE MAGAZINE first as Executive Assistant, then as Account and Responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project AKADIRISHA. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Administration, Finance and accounting option, delivered by Université Lumière de Bujumbura.

Jean Bosco NIYONGABO, Head of Operations Jean Bosco NIYONGABO joined BCAB in March 2020 as Head of Operations. Before joining BCAB, He was working BANCOBU from November 2012 respectively in the positions of Main Branch Manager and Project Manager for several projects. Mr. Jean Bosco holds professional Diploma in banking at Centre de formation Professional de la Banque (ITB-CFPB) and bachelor’s degree of law at Lumière University of Bujumbura.

M. Pierre SINAMENYE est un professionnel du secteur bancaire avec plus de 15 ans d'expérience en gestion commerciale, crédits et Agri-Business. Il a occupé plusieurs postes de direction au sein de la BCAB et d’Interbank Burundi, développant des stratégies de croissance et d’inclusion financière. Son expertise couvre la gestion des agences, l’analyse des risques et le pilotage des opérations bancaires. Leader engagé, il contribue activement au développement du secteur financier burundais.

Davis Arnaud NTWARI, Head of IT, Research and Development Davis Arnaud NTWARI was appointed IT Director in October 2022 with eight years of experience. He joined BCAB in April 2020, as Head of IT Department when the bank was still at its implementation phase. Prior he was working for BANCOBU and ECOBANK Burundi. Mr. Davis holds a BCA (bachelor’s in computer applications) from Symbiosis International University of India.

Dieudonné NTAWUYANKIRA, Head of Branches Network Dieudonné was appointed Head of Branches Network on 2 January 2024 with 13 years of experience. He joined BCAB on 6 July 2020 as Head of Main Branch. Before joining BCAB, he served as Internal Control Manager in BANCOBU from February 2016 up to June 2020. Prior to holding this position, he was Branch Manager at Rumonge since April 2012. He has also held a position of Customer Care from February 2011 up March 2012. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Administration, Finance and Accounting obtained delivered by Université Lumiere de Bujumbura.

Evelyne INDUTIRAVYOSE has served as Director of Risk Management since august 2023. Prior to her appointment, she was the Head of the Risk Management Department, a position she had held since the establishment of the Bank. With extensive experience in Bank risk management, Ms. Evelyne has played a pivotal role in designing, implementing and strengthening the Bank’s risk management framework. Her expertise spans risk identification, assessment, mitigation and the promotion of a strong risk management culture across the institution. Before joining the Bank, she served five years as an investigation officer with the Special Anti-Corruption Brigade, where she gained significant experience in investigations, regulatory compliance, and anti-corruption enforcement. Ms. Evelyne holds a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. Her diverse professional background, combining investigative expertise with extensive experience in banking risk management, has contributed significantly to the bank’s sound governance and risk oversight.

Nicodème a été nommé Directeur Logistique et Gestion du Patrimoine à la BCAB le 1er Septembre 2025, fort de dix années d'expérience dans différents domaines. Auparavant, il occupait le poste de Chef de Service Dépôt des Produits Finis à la Société FOMI depuis 2023 à 2025, Chef de Service Contrôle Interne 2022 au 2023, Cadre juridique à la Direction Générale de la même société de 2019 à 2022. Avant de rejoindre la Société FOMI, il a occupé plusieurs postes à responsabilité au sein de la CENI Burundi, à l’ONG Centre d’Alerte et de Prévention des Conflits CenAP. Il fût également un enseignant des Cours de Droits 2014 dans différentes écoles de la Mairie de Bujumbura. Il possède une solide expertise dans le respect des procédures de passation des marchés. Il est titulaire d'une Licence (BAC+4) en Droit, à l'Université du Lac Tanganyika.

Miss. AKIMANA Joy, Head of Internal Audit, is a seasoned audit and governance professional with progressive experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance, risk management, and institutional governance. Since joining BCAB Bank in 2020 as an Internal Auditor, she advanced to Head of the Internal Audit Department in 2023 and was appointed Director of Internal Audit in 2026. Throughout her career, she has contributed to strengthening internal control frameworks, enhancing compliance practices, and promoting transparency and accountability within the institution. Her expertise combines internal auditing, regulatory analysis, international law, and corporate governance.
